Throwback Thursday: Binary Star - Masters of the Universe
Gonna start this throwback thursday series with one of my favorite albums of all time. If you’re not familiar with Binary Star, it consists of emcees One Be Lo and Senim Silla who have some of the best chemistry in rap, next to Nas/AZ and Big Boi/Andre 3000. Masters of the Universe was released in the year 2000 and is their one and only official studio album. Shortly after its release, they decided to part ways and pursue solo careers. But seeing as how they recently re-united and are currently working on their sophomore effort, it’s only right that I bring back this hip-hop classic and bless the ears who haven’t had the pleasure in listening to it yet. Highly recommend this to just about any hip-hop aficionado out there. Feedback is appreciated, peace.
